Offshore Company Order Procedures
1. Name Check: If you are fairly certain of your needs and just have a particular company name for which you would like to check availability and reserve, please complete our contact form indicating the exact name with the desired suffix (Ltd. Inc., etc.) along with the desired jurisdiction and we are happy to do this for you. We will report back with the results of the name check allowing us to move on to the next step.
2. Consultation: Prior to working with new customers, Sterling Offshore suggests a free initial consultation to ensure we provide the exact offshore services for your specific situation. You have several options of contacting us at your convenience.
3. Application: Once we have completed the initial consultation (or if you do not think you require one), you should complete and submit an application form. You have the option of downloading our Client Application Form or completing the Online Application Form.
4. Payment: Sterling Offshore requires that all initial fees be paid in advance of work performed. Once we receive your application, we will submit an invoice for the initial setup and all first year fixed fees. Please make payment using any of the methods described in the payment instructions document. If time is of the essence, please pay by credit card or forward proof of a wire payment and we can incorporate the company right away.
