Professional Intermediaries Print E-mail

Sterling Offshore works with introducers ("Professional Clients") of all sorts including other trust/company formation firms, lawyers, accountants, banks, financial institutions, tax consultants and other similar and related fields.  We offer preferred rates to our Professional Clients with further discounts available for high volume clients.

Becoming a Professional Client requires us to perform basic "Know Your Customer" and "Due Diligence" prior to entering into the relationship; however, once this is completed, Professional Clients enjoy several benefits designed to speed and ease the ordering process.

Record Collection/Retention

Regulated Professional Clients are able to collect and retain all of the KYC/DD documentation (unless requesting nominee services and/or assistance with a bank account introduction) for shareholders/beneficial owners and directors saving the time and expense usually required when sending to us for review.

Unregulated introducers are also welcome with the only difference being the initial due diligence requirements and requirement to submit the KYC/DD documentation when requesting our services.  We offer varying fee schedules depending upon the desired level of involvement of the introducer.

Professional Client Registration Requirements

Prior to entering into an arrangement, professionals must submit the Professional Client Application. This document contains all of the requirements and terms for both regulated and unregulated Professional Clients.

Contact us: Intermediaries and resellers interested in working with Sterling Offshore, please contact us using any of the available methods and we will be happy to go over the terms, application process and answer any additional questions you may have.
