Sterling Offshore works with professional intermediaries ("Professional Client") of all sorts including other trust/company formation firms, lawyers, accountants, banks, financial institutions, tax consultants and other similar and related fields. We offer preferred rates to our Professional Clients with further discounts available for high volume clients.
Becoming a Professional Client requires us to perform basic "Know Your Customer" and "Due Diligence" prior to entering into the relationship; however, once this is completed, Professional Clients enjoy several benefits designed to speed and ease the ordering process.
Record Collection/Retention
Regulated Professional Clients are charged with collecting and retaining all of the KYC/DD documentation for shareholders/beneficial owners and directors saving the time and expense usually required when sending to us for review.
Secure Online Ordering
Secondly, we have designed a streamlined ordering process allowing our clients to place orders online via our secure web server using a unique password protected login. The forms take only a few minutes to complete and send and require no printing, scanning or faxing. You just have to enter your unique username and password to access the secure Professional Client portion of the website. Then you will be prompted for your Professional Client ID and name at the beginning of the order form. Upon completion, the form is submitted via secure, encrypted email to Sterling Offshore and we will immediately begin processing your order. It is that simple!
Professional Client Registration Requirements
Prior to entering into an arrangement, professionals must submit the Professional Client Application. This document contains all of the requirements and terms for both regulated and unregulated Professional Clients.
