Offshore E-Commerce Package

This is a complete package and includes all items listed in the Seychelles IBC & Bank Account Package with the addition of an Internet Merchant Account and 1 year Mail Forwarding/Seychelles Business Address.

The Internet Merchant Account allows the company owner to process major credit cards and accept many local payment option in the EU such as Giropay, Ideal, etc. The account takes only 48 hours for initial approval and approximately 2 weeks to be fully verified with all restrictions lifted. There are no minimum or maximum processing limits, no monthly fees and no installation charges. The gateway is compatible with most open source shopping carts and help with integration is free.

Processing rates between 0.9 - 2.9% + .29Euro. 10% rolling 6 month reserve. Incoming payments credited to the account immediately and are available for withdrawal at desired intervals of the customer.

This is the package for those looking for an "onshore" presence from which to conduct business but with the privacy and tax benefit of an offshore company formation setup. As long as the UK LLP does not conduct business directly with UK customers, it is not liable for any taxes nor is it required to file annual audited returns. We suggest contracting directly with your UK clients using one of the Seychelles IBC partners.

Private Offshore Investor Package

This package includes a Seychelles International Business Company (IBC) w/ Nominee Corporate Director and Power of Attorney issued to the client, Private Interest Foundation (with nominee Foundation Council), Bank Account Introduction, a No Name/Number Only Mastercard and an Offshore Brokerage Account.

The private foundation holds 100% of the shares of the Seychelles IBC. Bank and brokerage accounts are held in the name of the IBC which the client operates under a Power of Attorney issued by the Nominee Director. Both offer internet access. The brokerage account offers internet based trading on most of the major international markets. A Mastercard issued with only a number and no name is tied to the company bank account and issued to the client. The client may freely spend the investment income using this Mastercard wherever Mastercard is accepted and/or withdraw cash from ATM machines all over the world.

Add a 2nd offshore company (owned by the private foundation) and bank account for only $1000. This is often recommended in order to have a separate company and bank account for incoming and outgoing transfers.

New Zealand Offshore Finance Company (OFC)

Other providers offer just the New Zealand OFC company for $40,000 or more. None that we have seen offer the complete setup that we are offering. Included in this package is a New Zealand OFC with specialised objects (not just a sentence or two but highly detailed company objects), New Zealand Offshore Trust, Private Foundation, Seychelles IBC, 3 bank accounts.

The New Zealand OFC is able to operate 100% tax free. A legal opinion of the activities of the New Zealand OFC is available for an additional $2500. Introductions to banks suitable for correspondent bank accounts are available.

The New Zealand OFC may take deposits from third parties, issue credit cards, offer investment services and much more.
