Sterling Offshore was established by a group of successful individuals from various backgrounds including legal, government and relevant business fields. Our core business involves assisting clients with the establishment of structures which allow them to achieve security, privacy and minimise taxes. Our services include offshore company formation and administration, formation of private foundations, offshore bank account introductions, offshore merchant accounts, formation of offshore hedge funds, registration of yachts and ships and more.
Sterling Offshore serves international law firms, accounting firms, public and private corporations, individual traders, expatriates, entrepeneurs, high net worth individuals, major international banks, professional introducers and discerning individuals from all corners of the globe.
We welcome other corporate services providers and intermediaries in related fields looking to offer Seychelles company formations and other various packages and services offered by us. Preferred pricing is available for regulated entities that can demonstrate a reasonable level of volume.

We continually work to improve our processes and overall services with the singular goal of providing the best service in our industry. Clients are assured that we will return communications swiftly and generally provide whatever assistance we can to ensure that the client is satisfied.
We are sometimes constrained by other parties in the chain such as Government agencies, banks, courier companies, etc.; however, we take a direct, engaged approach when coordinating services with these other parties maintaining the best interest of our client at all times and do what is possible to facilitate the process.
Jurisdictions
While we focus mainly on Seychelles structures, we work with many other popular jurisdictions (BVI, Panama, Cyprus, UK, etc.) which may offer complementary products and services to those of Seychelles. We generally keep up with the events of other jurisdictions and if there is something that is being offered elsewhere that is better than what is available in Seychelles, we are likely aware of it and will be able to assist our clients through partners in those jurisdictions.

Seychelles Registered Agent
Sterling Offshore is a Seychelles Registered Agent, licensed and regulated by the Seychelles International Business Authority (license #CSP-046) as an International Corporate Services Provider. Only those holding this license are legally allowed to provide company formation and related services in Seychelles.
This is similar to jurisdictions like BVI, while others such as Panama only allow licensed attorneys to provide similar services, which is not surprising since the vast majority of the services relating to this business involve legal work.
Seychelles Legal Team
It is not necessarily a requirement to have a lawyer in the company (let alone a Seychelles Attorney at Law) to gain licensure as an International Corporate Services Provider in Seychelles. Indeed, the vast majority of licensed CSPs in Seychelles have no Seychelles Attorney at Law in the company and most do not have any lawyers working in the Seychelles offices at all. Clients of Sterling Offshore benefit from an in house legal team, in Seychelles, including a licensed Seychelles Attorney at Law.
Associations and Committees
Sterling Offshore Limited and/or company Directors are members of the International Tax Planners Association (ITPA) and Seychelles Association of Offshore Practitioners and Registered Agents (SAOPRA). We are also represented on committees such as the Seychelles International Business Association (SIBA) Technical Committee (where laws and regulations relating to the Seychelles financial services industry are often initiated and drafted) as well as the SAOPRA Ethics and Marketing subcommittees.
